Order PSA Documents Online at PSAHelpline.ph: Allow Someone in Your Household to Receive It

PSAHelpline.ph provides a user-friendly online platform that simplifies the process of obtaining vital documents. By eliminating the need for physical visits to PSA offices, customers can conveniently place their orders online and select their preferred payment method. Once the order is processed, the documents are securely delivered to the designated address.

To maintain the highest standards of security, PSAHelpline.ph requires the physical presence of the certificate owner or authorized requester at the time of delivery. A valid government-issued ID is necessary to verify the recipient's identity and authorize the release of the documents. This stringent verification process safeguards against unauthorized access and ensures that the certificates reach the intended individuals.

Recognizing that unforeseen circumstances may arise, PSAHelpline.ph offers a flexible solution: the Authorized Representative feature. This allows customers to designate a trusted adult household member to receive the documents on their behalf. The authorized representative must present a valid government-issued ID to the courier to claim the certificates. By providing this option, PSAHelpline.ph aims to cater to the diverse needs of its customers and enhance the overall delivery experience.

How does the Authorized Representative Delivery Option Work?

PSAHelpline.ph offers flexibility for those who can't personally receive their documents. You can easily designate an authorized person to receive your PSA certificates on your behalf. This is especially useful for busy individuals or those who might not be available during delivery times.

Upon selecting the Authorized Person to Receive option, the applicant will be sent two emails. An email outlining the order details and payment instructions and a separate email providing a guide for appointing an authorized representative to receive the PSA certificate.

1. Simply click the "Authorized Person to Receive Form" button that is found in the email. This will direct the applicant to the authorized representative page.

2. In the page where you assign an Authorized Person to Receive, click ‘Next” if the applicant agrees to assign an authorized representative who is at least 18 years old and resides in the same household.

3. Applicant chooses an ID from the list to be uploaded and validated.

4. Applicant scans the QR code or uploads a clear image of the ID selected. The system will verify the details on the uploaded ID. To ensure successful validation, make sure the personal information on the ID matches the information provided in the order form.

5. If the uploaded ID is a National ID, the applicant will undergo a face verification process to confirm their identity as a real person.

6. Fill out the form with the personal and contact details of the assigned authorized person to receive.

7. Read and verify the information. If everything is correct, click the ‘Sign Letter of Authorization’ button

8. The Authorized Person to Receive will be successfully assigned with the summary of details shown.

9. If your order is not yet paid, you can now proceed to the payment section.

Your authorized person to receive is now ready to accept your PSA certificate! Just a friendly reminder: have them show a valid ID to the courier for smooth verification and document release.

Exciting updates are coming this New Year! PSAHelpline.ph (https://orders.psahelpline.ph) is always working to improve things, with new features and even more convenient service delivery.

Home Credit Philippines promotes a healthier lifestyle with Takbo #ParaSaLife

Home Credit Philippines (HCPH), the country’s leading consumer finance company, is taking a significant stride toward promoting wellness and community engagement with its first-ever fun run, Takbo #ParaSaLife. Set to happen on Feb 16 at Parqal in Aseana City, this event invites Filipinos to kickstart the year on a healthy and active note.

Organized in partnership with WeKenRun, a local running group established by well-known marathon coach Ken Mendiola, Takbo #ParaSaLife caters to all levels of runners with race categories of 1K, 3K, 5K, and 10K.

With this initiative, HCPH strengthens its commitment to empowering Filipinos to live more rewarding lives. Beyond offering financial solutions, the company seeks to promote holistic well-being—encompassing physical, mental, and emotional health—by creating opportunities for communities to come together and embrace a healthier lifestyle.

“Home Credit is committed to empowering Filipinos to live the life they deserve, and this extends beyond financial well-being. Beyond providing financial services, with this run we are encouraging Filipinos to improve their overall well-being, enabling them to do more #ParaSaLife,” Sheila Paul, Chief Marketing Officer of HCPH said.

Takbo #ParaSaLife is open to all participants, from HCPH employees, family, friends, and customers to fitness enthusiasts and those beginning their wellness journey. Registration fees vary by race distance: PhP500 for the 1K, PhP900 for the 3K, PhP1,000 for the 5K, and PhP1,200 for the 10K. Each category includes exciting perks such as an event shirt, finisher’s medal, loot bag, and bib holder, depending on the selected distance.

“This initiative is about more than just running. It is about building a community that supports one another in achieving better health and wellness. We hope this event will inspire individuals to build lasting, healthy habits that empower them to achieve more life goals,” Paul added.

Freebies await all participants, and podium finishers in the 10K, 5K, and 3K race categories can look forward to exciting cash prizes. Winners in the 10K category will each receive PhP10,000, with PhP8,000 awarded to second place and PhP6,000 to third. In the 5K category, the first-place winners will take home PhP6,000, followed by PhP3,000 for second place and PhP2,000 for third. For the 3K category, the champion will earn PhP3,000, while second and third place will receive PhP1,500 and PhP1,000, respectively.

Events like the Takbo #ParaSaLife are more crucial than ever, especially in light of recent data from the World Health Organization (WHO) that highlighted the global rise in physical inactivity, a major risk factor for chronic diseases. The Philippines is among the countries with the highest rates, with 39.7 percent of the population affected by the lack of physical activity.
